Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States. This strategic finance leader will own the company’s annual plans, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation, building scalable frameworks and trusted financial data for executive decisions.

You will partner with senior leaders to challenge assumptions, drive accountability, and align priorities with financial objectives, while mentoring one direct report and actively handling modeling and processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning, ideally in high-growth environments.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and multiyear planning cycles from kickoff to exec presentation.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills to evaluate assumptions and generate insights.
• Hands-on experience improving financial consolidation, reporting, and planning processes.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and standardize methodologies.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to align departments around goals.
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting complex financial data to leadership.
• Influence, accountability, and the confidence to challenge assumptions.
• Hands-on builder mindset with comfort working directly in financial models and data.
• Diversity in education/backgrounds welcome if experience matches.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle: AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning.
• Design and manage the planning calendar with milestones and assumptions.
• Build and maintain enterprise consolidation and standardized reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actions.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and priorities.
• Align finance and operations around shared objectives and commitments.
• Mentor and develop one direct report while actively contributing to FP&A tasks.
• Elevate FP&A into a core strategic function through disciplined processes.
