Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A to build and lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis in a fast-growing U.S. business. You will own AOP, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation, creating scalable frameworks and trusted financial data for leadership decisions.

You will partner with executives, challenge assumptions, and drive planning discipline while mentoring one direct report. Remote flexibility is available for eligible U.S. residents.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and multiyear planning cycles.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Hands-on consolidation, reporting, and financial rigor experience.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in quarterly in-person gatherings in Lincoln, NE.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and reporting framework.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actions.
• I mprove processes; replace manual workflows with scalable systems.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
• Align finance and operations around shared goals; hold stakeholders accountable.
• Mentor and support one direct report while contributing to day-to-day FP&A work.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning discipline and visibility.
