Zusammenfassung

Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States. You will own the enterprise planning cycle, long-range planning, and financial consolidation, partnering with executives to drive fiscal discipline and faster decision-making.

This is a player-coach role; you will develop scalable frameworks, standardize reporting, and build trusted financial data.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning.
• End-to-end planning experience from kickoff to exec review.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience improving consolidation and reporting processes.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and methods.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.

Aufgaben

• Own the complete FP&A planning cycle, including AOP, forecasting, and LRP.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and cross‑department inputs.
• Build and maintain enterprise consolidation framework and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actions.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning processes.
• Partner with executive leadership to communicate performance and risks.
• Align finance and operations around shared goals and commitments.
• Mentor one direct report; contribute to day‑to‑day FP&A activities.
• Elevate FP&A as a strategic decision‑making function.
