Jobgether is seeking a hands-on, strategic Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States to own the annual operating plan, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation end-to-end. You will design scalable planning frameworks, standardize reporting, and partner with executives to drive performance and growth.

The role emphasizes a player-coach leadership style, balancing strategic influence with direct modeling and process improvements, with remote flexibility for eligible U.S.

Competenze

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience.
• End-to-end planning experience including AOP and long-range planning cycles.
• Advanced financial modeling, consolidation, and reporting skills.
• Cross-functional leadership and executive communication abilities.
• Diverse educational backgrounds welcome if relevant experience is shown.

Mansioni

• Own the complete financial planning cycle from AOP through LRP and executive presentations.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardized reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Drive process improvements to increase scalability, accuracy, and speed.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks to leadership.
• Foster cross-functional alignment and accountability for plans and commitments.
• Mentor one direct report and stay hands-on in FP&A activities.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic decision-making function.
