Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States. You will own the annual operating plan, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidated reporting, building scalable frameworks and trusted financial data for executives.

You will partner with senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability while balancing strategic influence with hands-on modeling and process design. Remote flexibility is available for eligible U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and multiyear planning cycles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience improving consolidation, reporting, and planning processes.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and methodologies.
• Cross-functional leadership with executive exposure.
• Clear, confident communication to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on approach balancing strategy with execution.
• Education: college degree not required; diverse backgrounds considered.
• Remote Work Your Way eligibility for eligible U.S. residents; quarterly in-person in Lincoln, NE.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and reporting.
• Build and evaluate financial models; translate insights into recommendations.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable, repeatable planning processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
• Align finance and operations around shared goals.
• Mentor one direct report while involved in day-to-day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic decision-making function.
