Axon is seeking a senior leader to head its Majors Air sales organization in the United States. You will define and scale the adoption of the Drone as First Responder network and counter-drone capabilities, partnering with public safety agencies, municipalities, and government stakeholders.

You will lead a national team of enterprise Account Executives, drive a GTM strategy for emerging aerial technologies, and work closely with product and operations to shape the roadmap while delivering

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of enterprise sales experience in complex or emerging tech.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams in complex markets.
• Experience selling platform technologies or integrated solutions.
• Experience at the intersection of SaaS, IoT, UAV tech, and real-time ops.
• Track record in consultative sales with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset in a metrics-driven org.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships with product, engineering, and operations.
• Ability to sell a future vision in emerging markets and early-stage categories.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and modern sales tooling.
