Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to own the end-to-end BD strategy across the US, Canada, and Strategic Accounts. You will lead a high-performing regional BDR organization, advancing pipeline sophistication with data and AI-enabled tools while developing scalable talent programs.

You will partner with Sales and Marketing on ABM programs, drive funnel performance, and translate prospects engagement into enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS or cloud Business Development or related revenue roles.
• 4+ years of progressive people leadership in BDR/SDR teams.
• Proven track record building and executing pipeline generation strategies.
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic insights.
