Genesys is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to own end-to-end strategy and execution for new enterprise business across the US, Canada, and Strategic Accounts. Lead a high-performing BDR organization, scale enablement, and drive pipeline quality with AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS or cloud Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or related revenue functions
• 4+ years of progressive people leadership, including leading BDR/SDR teams in enterprise environments
• Proven track record building and executing pipeline generation strategies for enterprise revenue growth
• Experience leading regional or distributed teams with scalable operating rhythms and enablement practices
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic business insights and influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Business Development strategy across territories and align with regional revenue goals
• Drive pipeline creation and improve funnel performance through enhanced engagement and conversion
• Partner with senior Sales and Marketing on account-based programs and market priorities
• Oversee regional pipeline forecasting, performance metrics, and provide actionable insights
