Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Development leader to drive pipeline growth across the Commercial market segment.

You will coach BDR teams, shape regional go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to raise prospecting effectiveness using data-driven insights. Expect to own end-to-end pipeline generation, oversee metrics and forecasting, and partner with leadership to align execution with company objectives.

Qualifications

7+ years in SaaS or cloud-based environments in Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales roles.
3+ years leading BDR/SDR teams with people management responsibility.
Proven track record of generating pipeline and contributing to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs across the Commercial market segment with regular 1:1 coaching and development plans.
Own end-to-end pipeline generation strategy aligned to regional revenue targets and market expansion.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to design account-based and regional go-to-market strategies.
Oversee pipeline creation metrics, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking for growth.
