Job summary
Genesys is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to own the end-to-end strategy, operating model, and execution for new enterprise business across US Enterprise, Canada, and Strategic Accounts. You will lead a high-performing BD organization, leveraging data and AI-enabled tools to accelerate pipeline and drive regional market expansion.
You will partner with Sales and Marketing on account-based programs, manage pipeline quality, and build scalable talent development and enablement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in SaaS or cloud Business Development or related revenue roles.
- 4+ years of progressive people leadership with BDR/SDR teams.
- Proven track record building and executing pipeline generation strategies.
- Strong proficiency with CRM, sales engagement, and analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end BDR strategy across territories and align with regional revenue goals.
- Drive pipeline generation and improve funnel performance through engagement optimization.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on account-based programs and priority accounts.
- Analyze pipeline data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional BDR organization with clear expectations.
