Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Business Development to own end-to-end pipeline strategy across the US Enterprise, Canada, and Strategic Accounts.

You will lead a high-performing BDR team, advance pipeline sophistication with data and AI-enabled tools, and scale talent development and enablement practices. You will partner on regional go-to-market, account-based programs, and market expansion, translating objectives into scalable pipeline initiatives and strengthening

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS or cloud Business Development or related functions.
• 4+ years leading BDR/SDR teams in complex enterprise sales.
• Proven pipeline generation and enterprise revenue growth track record.
• Success developing high-performing teams and career progression.
• Strong enterprise sales motions and account-based approaches.
• Experience leading regional or distributed teams and enablement.
• Ability to translate pipeline data into strategic insights.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, Tableau (or similar).
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across orgs.
• Business acumen, executive communication and leadership.
• Track record of building high-performance cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BDR strategy across territories and objectives.
• Drive pipeline creation and funnel performance improvements.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on ABM and target accounts.
• Analyze pipeline data and campaign performance for improvements.
• Lead regional BDR org with clear performance expectations.
• Build scalable enablement with onboarding and certification.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove pipeline barriers.
• Champion CRM, analytics, and AI-enabled prospecting capabilities.
