Qualifications

• Experience with regional or distributed teams, preferably across the United States.
• Ability to use Salesforce/Salesloft/Tableau for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional BDR organization to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Coach and develop BDRs with structured development plans.
• Own end-to-end pipeline strategy aligned to regional targets.
