Genesys is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to own the end-to-end strategy for enterprise pipeline across the US, Canada, and strategic accounts. You will lead a high-performing BD organization and partner with Sales and Marketing to align priorities with revenue goals.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, scalable enablement, and a culture of accountability and growth across a distributed team, leveraging AI-enabled tools and modern CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS or cloud business development or related revenue roles.
• 4+ years of progressive people leadership with BDR/ SDR teams.
• Proven track record building and executing pipeline for enterprise growth.
• Experience translating data into actionable sales strategy and enablement.
• Strong proficiency with CRM and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Salesloft, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BD strategy across territories and align with revenue goals.
• Drive predictable pipeline and improve funnel performance and engagement.
• Partner with senior Sales and Marketing on ABM programs and priorities.
• Analyze pipeline data and campaign performance to drive improvements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional BDR organization.
