Job summary

Genesys is seeking a seasoned Business Development leader to drive pipeline strategy and revenue growth across the Commercial market segment. You will coach a team of BDRs, shape go-to-market approaches, and partner with Sales and Marketing to elevate prospecting and conversion.

You will own end-to-end pipeline generation, enablement programs, and metrics, while building a scalable team and influencing regional growth initiatives with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS or cloud-based environments within Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales functions.
• 3+ years of experience leading BDR or SDR teams, with direct people management responsibility.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and contributing to revenue growth through team leadership.
