Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a DPS Products Performance leader to operationalize critical initiatives, drive steady state delivery for DPS products, and manage a team of operations associates responsible for daily provider engagement and performance improvements.

You will define KPIs, partner with Product, Analytics and Client Success, document processes, and help shape a high-performing culture with strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience managing stakeholders and driving performance improvements.
• Project management background with ability to articulate value with data.
• Willingness to be an on-call escalation point, including holidays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates for DPS operations and provider engagement.
• Establish KPIs and accountability across performance metrics.
• Partner with Product, Operations and Analytics to optimize DPS performance.
• Develop process documentation and staffing models for new products.
• Contribute to the DPS roadmap and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
