Job summary

Qualifications
- 7–10 years leadership experience, preferably within a healthcare organization.
- Experience in performance improvement or project management.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- On-call escalation capability for provider issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of associates responsible for daily operations and provider engagement in DPS.
- Establish and track KPIs; ensure accountability for performance.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and execute process improvements.
- Document critical processes and maintain procedures.
- Coordinate staffing models for new products and transitions.
- Support roadmap development with VP DPS Operations and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor metrics and partner with Analytics for visibility.
