CVS Health is seeking a DPS Operations Leader to translate strategic goals into durable, high‑impact performance. You will manage a team, set KPIs, and partner with Product, Analytics and Provider success to ensure steady state delivery for all DPS products.

You will drive staffing models, leverage data to improve outcomes, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while championing a culture of safety, quality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong ability to articulate value to executives with data and KPIs.
• Performance improvement or project management background.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of associates for DPS operations and provider engagement.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; drive process improvements and documentation.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations and Client Success on DPS initiatives.
• Ensure staffing, planning, and escalation support for provider issues.
• Foster high-performing, ethical culture with strong stakeholder relationships.
