Aircall is seeking a hands-on Head of Demand Gen to own the end-to-end demand engine for a fast‑growing AI-powered customer communications platform. You will scale paid, organic, ABM and lifecycle programs, partner with Sales, and drive pipeline velocity across SMB to enterprise in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with 5–6+ years in demand gen or growth leadership.
• Proven ability to scale pipeline across paid and organic channels with hands-on fluency in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO and CRO.
• Experience leading outbound/ABM/allbound motions in partnership with Sales, in PLG or hybrid sales models.
