Backstory is an AI answers platform for sales teams, trained on billions of sales interactions to provide trusted answers within existing workflows.

We are seeking a Demand Generation leader to own paid acquisition across search, social, display and ABM; drive SEO and AI-driven discovery across AI engines; and build AI-powered automation while owning web performance, conversion rate optimization, and measurement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Demand Generation at B2B SaaS or AI startup.
• Deep technical with Clay, Make, n8n, and LLM prompts.
• Proven pipeline ownership and lifecycle mastery.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across search, social, display, and ABM.
• Lead SEO and AI-driven discovery across AI engines.
• Build AI-powered automation and own web performance/CRO.
