Job summary

Deepgram, the leading voice AI platform, seeks a senior integrated campaigns leader to own the enterprise pipeline and drive demand generation. You will report to the VP of Demand & Growth and collaborate with Growth Marketing, Events & Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Operations to build a cohesive pipeline strategy.

The role demands hands-on leadership, a data-driven mindset, and expertise in ABX, CRM campaign structures, and marketing automation.

Qualifications

• Own enterprise pipeline number with Sales and trace programs from first touch to close.
• Build ABM/ABX programs for enterprise buying committees with measurable pipeline.
• Diagnose full funnel: identify gaps between MQL, SAL, SQL, close and fix high-leverage breaks.
• Know CRM campaign structures and marketing automation well enough to ensure pipeline is counted.
• Translate positioning docs into a single campaign story across ads, email, and SDR openers.
• Lead and grow marketers while writing briefs and pulling reports.
• Operate AI-native: build human+AI workflows for planning, copy, lists, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales-led pipeline plan with quarterly targets.
• Run campaigns with a unified brief, calendar, scorecard and owner.
• Build always-on ABX for priority segments and named accounts.
• Share a single scorecard with Paid and set aligned targets.
• Improve handoff to Sales by tightening funnel criteria and SLAs.
• Re-engage stalled leads and events with Marketing Ops.
• Turn partner co-marketing into pipeline with MDF-funded programs.
