Job summary

Aircall is hiring a hands-on growth and demand-gen leader to own the end-to-end demand engine, from paid and organic channels to AI-enabled workflows. You will drive pipeline for SMB to enterprise, set targets, and scale ABM and allbound motions in partnership with Sales and GTM teams.

You will prototype AI-powered workflows, optimize conversion in landing pages, and lead a cross-functional team across paid, lifecycle, ABM, and marketing ops.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including 5–6+ years in demand gen or growth leadership at director level or equivalent, with 3–4 years managing managers or a multi-channel team of 8+ across paid, lifecycle, ABM or marketing ops.
• A track record scaling pipelines across paid and organic channels with fluency in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO and CRO.
• Experience building and running outbound, ABM or allbound motions in partnership with Sales, ideally in PLG or hybrid sales‑assist models.
• Experience running AEO/LLM-visibility programs.
• AI-builder mindset: workflows, agents or automations you built yourself and a POV on AI in demand gen.
• Strong analytical skills with CRM, marketing automation and BI tools and the ability to defend ROI to executives.
• Leadership with talent development and clear communication with C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Own sourced and influenced pipeline across segments; set targets, CAC and payback, plus forecast.
• Scale paid search, paid social, video, SEO and CRO; improve landing pages and signup flows.
• Design allbound system using intent signals to trigger plays across ads, email, SDR outreach and events.
• Build AI-powered workflows for list building, enrichment, scoring, outreach and reporting.
• Test and scale new channels; manage budgets, agencies and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps and GTM Engineering to align routing and SLAs.
