Job summary

Aligned Data Centers in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Director of Operations to lead 24x7 datacenter campus operations, safety, reliability, and customer relations across multiple facilities. You will drive SOPs, SLA compliance, and budget oversight while coordinating engineering, security, and safety teams.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in data center/critical facilities, expertise with AutoCAD/Visio, budgeting, and strong vendor management and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 10 years’ experience or 12–15 years in lieu of degree.
• Ability to analyze complex documents and manage projects.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for leadership reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership to drive strategic vision for datacenters and related operations.
• Manage 24x7 campus operations, including safety, reliability, and budget.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical infrastructure and ensure 100% uptime.
• Lead vendor relationships and optimize costs and SLAs.
• Develop SOPs, policies, and standards for performance and security.
