Job summary

Stream Data Centers in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Data Center Operations Project Manager to lead end-to-end operational projects within a 24x7 mission-critical environment, partnering with Operations, Facilities, IT, Security, EHS, and vendors.

You will manage upgrades, capacity expansions, lifecycle replacements, and governance, applying PMO standards to ensure uptime, safety, and customer trust while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in data center operations, critical infrastructure, and facilities engineering or IT infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience managing projects in live, mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, including power, cooling, redundancy, and uptime concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center operations projects including upgrades, power and cooling improvements, capacity expansions, and lifecycle replacements.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance windows, cutovers, and change events in alignment with operations and change management processes.
• Manage vendor selection, onboarding, contracts, performance, and project financials.
