Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Manager, Chief Engineer to ensure continuous operation of data center facilities in Phoenix, AZ. You will supervise a team of specialists and technicians, coordinate maintenance, testing, and commissioning of critical systems, and drive reliability improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on maintenance leadership, and adherence to safety and operational policies in a large Tier III campus environment. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Strong customer-service orientation for on-site operations.
• Experience supervising 24/7 critical facility maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7/365 operation of facility equipment and systems.
• Lead and develop site personnel; conduct performance appraisals and mentoring.
• Coordinate maintenance and service repairs on critical facility and building systems.
• Ensure activities follow MOPs and safety rules; manage budgets and procurement.
