You'll lead a team responsible for evolving training offerings into a modern, scalable customer education program that customers actively seek out.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in customer education, technical training, instructional design, or related functions within B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or cybersecurity.
• Experience leading and developing technical education or training teams with hands-on execution.
• Proven experience building, transforming, or scaling technical education programs with measurable results.
• Strong hands-on instructional design and content development experience, including curricula, self-paced learning, labs, and instructor-led training.
• Experience developing technical certification programs with digital credentials.
• Proficiency with learning management systems, digital credentialing platforms, and modern learning technologies, including AI applications.

Aufgaben

• Lead the transformation of Corelight's customer education program and build scalable onboarding.
• Manage, coach, and develop the customer education team with clear priorities.
• Design and launch technical certification programs with tiered, role-based pathways.
• Develop and deliver engaging technical education, including self-paced courses, labs, and practical exercises.
• Modernize learning through AI and automation to scale education globally.
• Drive cross-functional adoption with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Product.
• Expand the commercial impact of education across the customer journey to support adoption and revenue.
• Measure program effectiveness across enrollment, completion, proficiency, certification, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
