Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to own and mature the company Academy program for Enterprise and SMB customers. You’ll design depth, formats, and pacing, scale content with AI tools, and partner with Product to align education with product releases.

This senior IC role leads the discipline, sets strategy, and the roadmap for customer education, with a path to building a team as the function grows. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Digital CS.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in customer education, learning & development, or instructional design at a B2B SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature the company Academy program across product suites (GRC, Trust Center, AIQA, TPRM).
• Launch and own the company Admin Certification program from curriculum design to assessment and renewal.
• Drive education impact with AI and data, defining KPIs and integrating with data infrastructure.
