Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Manager of Learning & Certification Architecture to shape how customers learn our platform. You will own the learning strategy across the Academy, Help Center, and in-product education, and design agentic workflows that draft content from product sources for publishing.

You will lead a team of learning experience designers and a certification developer, blending hands-on content creation with strategic leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning experience design and instructional design.
• Leadership experience guiding a team of designers.
• Hands-on production: writing, video, or audio.
• Fluency with AI tools and workflows where models draft content.
• Experience teaching professionals or familiarity with CLE accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a leveled, persona-based curriculum for associates, partners, knowledge managers, in-house counsel and administrators, with clear outcomes and assessments.
• Define what the company certification means: competencies, exam design, pass standards, recertification, and how credentials are issued and verified.
• Diagnose each learning need, choose the right format, and produce content yourself in writing, video and audio.
• Design the agentic production workflows, including instructional standards and review gates before publishing.
• Own publishing, maintenance and localization across surfaces with Engineering and Localization teams.
• Guide designers and the certification developer, coordinating with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Support and Legal Engineering on release readiness and learning success metrics.
