You'll collaborate with executives, security leaders, and internal teams to ensure customers realize measurable value from their Corelight investments, driving renewals and growth in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or related role in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record in retention and account growth.
• Strong commercial acumen linking technical solutions to business outcomes.
• Experience with Executive Business Reviews and health/adoption data.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own customer success and retention as post-sales owner.
• Build relationships with executives and security leaders.
• Develop Mutual Success Plans and track measurable outcomes.
• Drive renewals and identify growth opportunities with Sales.
• Mitigate risk using health metrics and adoption signals.
