Job summary

Decisions is seeking a Manager of Product Education to own the strategy, content, and delivery of training for customers, partners, and new employees. You will lead a team of instructional designers and trainers, reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

You will transform a fast-moving platform into clear learning paths, hands-on labs, and certifications, partnering with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing so education ships with every release.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical training, product education, or enablement for a B2B software product.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the instructional-design/training team; set priorities and career development.
• Own curriculum; build role-based learning paths across self-paced courses, labs, and live sessions.
• Run certification programs, including exam design and renewal as platform evolves.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to release education with every product release.
• Oversee live training, partner enablement, and in-person events; teach sessions when needed.
• Onboard new employees with HR and department heads for technical and customer-facing teams.
• Manage LMS, authoring tools, and SCORM content; keep courses on-brand and up-to-date.
• Maintain product documentation and ensure content is accurate, searchable, and current.
• Measure impact: enrollments, completions, certifications, CSAT, and adoption metrics; report to leadership.
• Support go-to-market with education content for marketing, briefings, and customer launches.
