Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is expanding its Customer Analytics & Insights organization in the US. We seek a Director to lead analytics strategy across epilepsy and movement disorder brands, guiding priorities, insight quality, and portfolio decisions.

You will manage a team of analytics professionals, partner with senior leaders, and drive high-impact, enterprise-wide insights that improve customer experience and business outcomes. 20-30% travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology or related field.
• 10+ years of analytics, insights, or commercial data strategy experience in pharma.
• 6-8 years leading people and driving accountability across functions.
• Experience leading teams including Senior Managers/Associate Directors.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and direction for portfolio-wide Customer Analytics & Insights.
• Oversee delivery of integrated, decision-ready insights across key customer types.
• Provide executive-ready insight narratives to inform portfolio and brand decisions.
• Lead a high-performing team, with coaching and development.
• Drive adoption of productized analytics and self-service reporting.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Market Access leaders to align priorities.
