Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, Customer Analytics & Insights to deliver data-driven insights for franchise strategy and performance tracking. The role supports primary market research, synthesizes findings across data sources, and translates results into actionable recommendations across customer types (HCPs, payers, patients).

The position emphasizes collaboration across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access in a matrixed environment, with a focus on improving customer experience

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing secondary pharmaceutical data sources such as claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, and/or prescriber-level data.
• Strong proficiency with primary market research methodologies including qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Proficiency with analytics, visualization, and querying tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, R, or SAS).
• Experience with healthcare datasets (IQVIA DDD, Xponent, patient claims data).
• Structured problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of secondary data sources (claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, Rx, CRM, media/omnichannel).
• Synthesize insights across data sources to inform brand planning and lifecycle strategy.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for ongoing performance monitoring.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative primary market research across customer types.
• Communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders and translate results into actionable implications.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, and Market Access teams to align on data sources and methodologies.
