You will drive integrated, decision-ready insights and build a high-performing team. The role requires deep expertise in customer analytics, strong leadership, vendor management, and a digital-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Customer Analytics & Insights, including segmentation and performance analytics.
• Systems-level perspective on data assets and end-to-end insight generation.
• Proven ability to lead agile, cross-functional teams and deliver measurable impact.
• Experience coordinating with senior leaders to align analytics with portfolio strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics & insights strategy for portfolio-wide Customers.
• Oversee delivery of integrated, decision-ready insights and guidance for brand strategy.
• Provide executive-ready insight narratives to inform prioritization and investments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team and coach across levels.
• Drive adoption of productized analytics and self-service reporting; manage vendors.
