Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a senior Analytics & Insights leader to shape portfolio-wide customer analytics strategy in the US. You will partner with franchise teams to deliver decision-ready insights across HCPs, patients, and payers, guiding brand priorities and investments.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, drive self-service reporting, manage vendor relationships, and align cross-functional partners to elevate analytics rigor and speed of insight-to-action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of analytics, insights, or commercial data strategy experience in pharma.
• 6-8 years of experience leading teams and driving accountability across functions.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the analytics & insights strategy for portfolio-wide Customers, partnering with the franchise team and the CX Lead to ensure priorities align with objectives and needs.
• Oversee delivery of integrated, decision-ready insights across key customer types (HCPs, patients, caregivers, medical/KOLs, payers).
• Ensure analytic approaches are applied and translated into actionable recommendations guiding brand strategy and investments.
• Provide executive-ready insight narratives that inform prioritization and strategy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear role expectations.
• Drive adoption of productized analytics and self-service reporting to speed insight-to-action.
• Manage relationships with external research and analytics vendors to address priority questions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and Finance to align priorities and enable integrated insights.
