Job summary

Lob is hiring a Business Operations Manager to lead cross-functional programs that span Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and our Print & Delivery Network. You will drive ambiguous problems to documented, measurable processes with named owners and deadlines.

You will coordinate with teams that don’t report to you, deliver executive updates, and hand off successful programs with lasting metrics. A background in B2B SaaS or logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with BI/data warehousing and AI-assisted analysis; SQL helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and other teams; drive them from ambiguity to documented processes with owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate across organizations that don’t report to you to move initiatives to completion and provide executive updates.
• Document each program at completion and hand off to a permanent owner with measurable outcomes.
• Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and Business Operations analytics; support company-wide cadences like QBRs and leadership offsites.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and incomplete information; maintain strong stakeholder communication.
