Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager in a remote capacity across multiple U.S. states. You will own and drive cross‑functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, our Print & Delivery Network, and Go‑to‑Market.

You’ll turn ambiguous problems into documented processes with clear ownership and measurable outcomes. You will synthesize data from Lob's analytics stack and AI tooling to inform decisions, document results, and hand off successful programs to owners outside

Qualifications

• 3–4 lines: 4–7+ years in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with data analysis and BI tooling is expected.
• Background in B2B SaaS/logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own 3–5 concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states, status, owners and target dates.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Ops, Solutions, and Go‑to‑Market.
• Produce analysis using Lob's data and AI tooling.
• Document each program on completion and hand off to a permanent owner with a measurable metric.
• Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and LO/OB analytics; support company cadences.
