Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership in construction equipment or construction technology.
• Proven success leading growth, organizational development and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including budgeting and profitability.
• Proven ability to build and develop teams and drive change across functions.
• Excellent executive communication, strategic planning, and relationship management.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value and measurable outcomes.
• Solid understanding of construction equipment and productivity improvements.

• Develop and execute a construction technology strategy aligned with dealership objectives and OEM priorities.
• Drive technology revenue and profitability across sales, rental, and services.
• Lead go-to-market for machine control, fleet management, and connected equipment.
• Expand recurring revenue through subscriptions and services.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology organization across sales, support, demonstrations, training, and field ops.
• Increase customer adoption through onboarding, implementation and ongoing support.
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in safety, productivity, and profitability for customers.
• Own financial performance including revenue, gross profit, and budgeting.
• Establish scalable processes for technology sales, installation, service, and subscription management.
• Partner with other departments to integrate technology into customer relationships.
