Kimmel & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Construction Technology to lead strategy, growth, and operational performance for the dealership’s technology business in the United States.

This executive will build a scalable tech organization, drive recurring revenue, and partner with OEMs and technology providers to deliver measurable customer value. The role requires deep knowledge of construction equipment, machine control, connected assets, and a proven track record in leading

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership in construction equipment or related industry.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including budgeting and profitability.
• Proven ability to build and develop teams and drive organizational change.
• Excellent executive communication, strategic planning, and relationship skills.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value and ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive construction technology strategy aligned with dealership objectives.
• Drive technology revenue and profitability across equipment sales, aftermarket, rental, and services.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for machine control, grade control, fleet management, and connected solutions.
• Expand recurring revenue through subscriptions, services, and support agreements.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology organization across sales, service, demonstrations, and training.
• Increase customer adoption through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in jobsite safety, production, and profitability.
• Own financial performance including budgeting, cost management, and ROI realization.
• Establish scalable processes for technology sales, installation, and subscription management.
• Partner with OEMs and technology providers to align product strategy and opportunities.
• Set KPIs and reporting for financial results, adoption, and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and partnerships to strengthen competitive position.
