Job summary

Kimmel & Associates seeks a Vice President of Construction Technology to lead strategy, growth, and operational performance of its construction technology business. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction equipment/technology or related industry.
• Proven ability to drive growth, organizational development, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and profitability.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive construction technology strategy aligned with dealership goals.
• Drive technology revenue and profitability across sales, rental, aftermarket, and services.
• Lead go‑to‑market efforts for machine control, fleet management, and digital productivity solutions.
• Expand subscriptions, services, and support to create recurring revenue.
• Build and lead a scalable technology organization spanning sales, service, and training.
• Improve customer adoption and measurable improvements in safety and productivity.
• Own financial performance including revenue, gross profit, and operating expenses.
• Establish scalable processes for technology sales, installation, and support.
