Kimmel & Associates is seeking a Vice President of Construction Technology to lead strategy, growth, and the profitable integration of technology across the dealership. You will build a scalable organization, expand recurring revenue, and align technology with equipment sales, rental, and service.

The ideal candidate combines executive-level leadership, financial acumen, and deep knowledge of construction equipment and digital productivity tools to drive customer value and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in construction equipment, construction technology, or related industry.
• Demonstrated success leading business growth and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and profitability management.
• Proven ability to build and develop teams and lead organizational change.
• Excellent executive communication, strategic planning, decision-making, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive construction technology strategy aligned with dealership objectives and OEM priorities.
• Drive technology revenue and profitability across sales, aftermarket, rental, and services.
• Lead go-to-market efforts for machine control, fleet management, and digital productivity solutions.
• Expand recurring revenue through software subscriptions, services, and support agreements.
• Build a high-performing technology organization across sales, service, demonstrations, and training.
• Increase customer adoption through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Ensure measurable improvements in jobsite safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Own budgeting, ROI, and operating expenses for the technology business.
• Establish scalable processes for technology sales, installation, and subscription management.
