Kimmel & Associates, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Construction Technology to lead strategy, growth, and performance for its construction technology business.

This executive will build a scalable technology organization, drive recurring revenue, and integrate tech solutions across the dealership. The role requires strong commercial and financial acumen, deep knowledge of construction equipment tech, and the ability to translate complex solutions into clear customer value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in construction equipment/technology/related industry.
• Proven ability to drive growth, organizational development and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including budgets and profitability.
• Proven ability to build and develop teams and lead organizational change.
• Excellent executive communication, strategic planning, decision-making and relationship management.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value and measurable outcomes.
• Solid understanding of construction equipment applications and productivity improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive construction technology strategy aligned with dealership objectives and OEM priorities.
• Drive technology revenue and profitability across sales, aftermarket, rental, and customer-owned fleets.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for machine control, fleet management, and digital productivity solutions.
• Expand software subscriptions, technology services, support agreements, and other revenue streams.
• Build and develop a high-performing technology organization across sales, support, service, demonstrations, and training.
• Increase customer adoption through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in safety, production, operating costs, and profitability.
• Own business performance including revenue, gross profit, and budgeting.
• Establish scalable processes for technology sales, installation, service, and subscription management.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate technology into customer relationships and solutions.
• Build executive-level relationships with Caterpillar, SITECH/Trimble, and other providers.
• Establish KPIs and reporting for financial results and adoption metrics.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and partnerships to strengthen competitive position.
