The role demands deep DoD/government contracting experience, exceptional communication, and a bias for action. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to shape strategy and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of related experience in business development, sales, or aerospace.
• 10+ years of leadership in revenue, business development, sales, or strategic growth.
• Experience with government contracting and DoD customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing, sales, and business opportunities for CesiumAstro.
• Lead opportunity captures, win strategy, and proposals.
• Interface with engineering to articulate market gaps and demands.
• Drive top line revenue growth and strategic roadmap input.
