Job summary

CesiumAstro seeks a highly experienced Vice President of Business Development (Commercial) to lead market strategy, sales and customer relationships across aerospace, RF and telecom platforms. You will drive top-line revenue, shape RFI/RFP responses, and partner with engineering and product teams to close opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in aerospace or DoD markets, proven leadership, and a strong record of developing new business and winning campaigns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in aerospace or DoD markets and related leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business plans and win strategies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to interface with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead market strategy, sales, and customer relationships across aerospace, RF and telecom platforms.
• Develop and manage RFIs/RFPs, and drive top-line revenue growth.
