Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD with extensive BD, sales, or DoD/aerospace experience.
• 10+ years of leadership in revenue, business development, or sales.
• Knowledge of market analytics and technology planning.
• Experience shaping deals, pricing, and winning proposals.
• Proven ability to develop business plans and govern strategic campaigns.

• Develop and manage commercial strategy, campaigns, and revenue growth.
• Lead customer engagements, RFx responses, and market analyses.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to align roadmaps with market demand.
