CesiumAstro is seeking a Vice President of Business Development (Commercial) to lead marketing, sales, and opportunities with aerospace customers, including DoD. The role requires deep knowledge of space telecommunications, RF electronics, and strategy development; you will interface with engineering and product teams to align market needs with the roadmap.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in business development or aerospace sales, proven leadership, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 20+ years in business development or related field in aerospace/defense.
• 10+ years leading revenue, business development, or sales organizations.
• Knowledge of market analytics, technology planning, and commercialization.
• Experience supporting government contracting and DoD customers.

• Develop and manage marketing, sales, and business opportunities with potential customers.
• Identify opportunities, write and submit RFI/RFP responses, visit customers, coordinate with engineering/PM teams.
• Contribute to strategic and R&D roadmaps and drive top-line revenue growth.
• Lead winner-take-all strategies, teaming, pricing, and proposals.
