You will lead a 50+ account leads and managers, shape service motions, and ensure alignment of resources for client growth. Base salary ranges from $212,000 to $291,500 USD with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large organizations with managers reporting to you.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding revenue targets as a people leader.
• Strong ability to deliver world-class client experiences grounded in expertise.
• Deep knowledge of advertising and martech landscapes and trends.
• Strong data skills, including spreadsheet/system analysis for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Inspire clients to set ambitious priorities and deepen partnerships with StackAdapt.
• Lead a 50+ person team of account leads and managers to deliver revenue through exceptional experiences.
• Define, refine, and expand our service motion, aligning resources to unlock client growth.
• Obsess over client satisfaction and product adoption to drive improvement programs.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration to meet overarching company goals.
• Build high standards and accountability to exceed revenue targets with AE stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance, supportive culture across Global Client Services.
