Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking operations, payments operations, compliance operations, or a related function within a bank, fintech, or other regulated financial services environment.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience with coaching and building accountable teams.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and a strong POV on applying AI to improve operational scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Banking Operations analysts and set priorities with strong documentation standards.
• Oversee payment monitoring across Fedwire, SWIFT, ACH, checks, and stablecoins with risk-based decisions.
• Build scalable operating frameworks for onboarding, QA, escalation management, and coverage planning.
• Drive AI adoption and tooling to improve speed, quality, and control in operations.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and external banking partners to ensure readiness for new workflows.
