The role emphasizes coaching, strong judgment, and collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and external banking partners. A hybrid work model is offered with some in-office presence in SF.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in banking operations, payments operations, compliance operations or related functions with hands-on money movement and risk management.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience with coaching and accountability.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and a strong POV on AI in operations.
• Proficient data mindset with dashboards, SQL and Excel usage.
• Experience leading through audits, incidents, or regulatory exams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Banking Operations analysts by setting priorities and ensuring accountability.
• Oversee payment monitoring across Fedwire, SWIFT, ACH, checks, and stablecoins.
• Build scalable operating frameworks for onboarding, QA, escalation, and coverage.
• Advance AI-native goals by identifying high-impact use cases and driving adoption.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation to increase throughput without compromising control.
