BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and execute a program of invitation‑only experiences for senior technology executives at clients and prospects. You will own concepts, venues, vendors, invitations, budgets, and on-site hosting, reporting results to marketing and sales leadership.

Remote role based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred) with regular travel to host events in the US and abroad. Bachelor's degree and fluency in English are required.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Experience producing invitation‑only experiences for C‑level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events targeting US B2B buyers.
• Experience delivering international or destination events.
• Experience hosting events with a CEO or senior executive as host.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver end-to-end executive events hosted by CEO or leaders.
• Set invitation strategy, build guest lists, and manage RSVPs with ABM teams.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, venues, agencies, DMCs and vendors.
• Track attendee metrics, follow-up meetings, and ROI in CRM.
• Create an annual signature events calendar and playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in US and abroad.
