BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to lead invitation-only experiences for senior tech executives. The role is remote with US/Canada base and requires travel to host events in the US and abroad.

You will own end-to-end event programs, from concept to on-site hosting, and collaborate with CEO, marketing, and commercial teams to drive meetings and pipeline. Strong English and executive-level hosting skills are essential.

Formación

• 6+ years in marketing, 4+ in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events for US B2B buyers.
• Experience with international or destination events.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in US or Canada; Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce executive experiences end to end.
• Set invitation strategy and build guest lists with ABM teams.
• Manage budgets, contracts and vendors; track costs per attendee.
• Measure results via attendance, follow-up and CRM pipeline; report ROI.
• Build annual events calendar and repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in US and abroad.
