BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO and leadership. This role is remote, US or Canada based with regular travel to the US and abroad.

You will own end-to-end concepts, venues, vendors, guest lists, budgets, and on-site hosting, measuring event-driven pipeline and reporting results to marketing and sales leadership.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in marketing, incl. 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• 4+ years running events for US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing events outside home city, including international/destination events.
• Experience hosting events with a CEO or senior executive as host.
• Based in the US or Canada; Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce executive experiences end to end (e.g., private dinners, suites, sports hospitality).
• Set invitation strategy with senior leaders and ABM from target accounts.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, vendors, and on-site hosting.
• Measure results via attendees, meetings and pipeline; report ROI.
• Build annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in US and abroad.
